Lynne Cramb
Payroll Director

As head of the team, Lynne’s remit is to grow the business by winning new clients while continuing to build relationships with existing clients.

She is also responsible for the overall management of the payroll department providing a high class payroll service to clients in a precise and timely manner, whilst ensuring that team members are working to their strengths, are professionally trained and rewarded in their careers.

Initially taken on in a temporary role in 2002, Lynne was offered a permanent position the following year. Her aim is to continue growing sales through a fulfilled and motivated team.

Prior to joining DTE she was a financial controller at a manufacturing company and finance director in the family’s sales agency. In addition, Lynne was a part-time lecturer in the catering industry for 10 years and managed a number of licensed trade establishments.

Lynne’s qualifications include the Payroll Management Diploma from the Institute of Payroll Professionals and the PACE Diploma from Manchester University. She also has an HND in Hotel Management and Catering.
