Lynne Cramb - Payroll Director

After joining DTE in 2002, payroll manager Lynne Cramb quickly enhanced the innovative and value-adding payroll service 20 per cent growth in her first six months and she continues to develop the service, which DTE has provided for almost 30 years to hundreds of clients nationwide.

A payroll professional for some 25 years, Lynne has worked on a host of systems from small manual operations to much larger computerised functions. As well as holding a number of financial and managerial positions in industry, she has first-hand experience of the owner-managed business sector after spending several years running the accountancy and administrative procedures of her family's business.

Lynne has recently been awarded the Diploma in Payroll Management from the Institute of Payroll and Pensions Management, a qualification signified by the letters MIPPMDip.

This Diploma is comparable to an academic post graduate degree and is recognized by employers and colleagues as being solid evidence of the highest level of expertise and professionalism in dealing with payroll related issues.

Clients will benefit from an enhanced level of service through the application of theory and best practice and by reducing the potential for the imposition of penalties from the Inland Revenue and other Government bodies.

Our payroll department is thus equipped with the skills and qualifications to fully manage your payroll function, in a truly professional working environment.

As an example, we know from experience the importance attached to the confidentiality of payroll information, particularly at management and board level and are able to offer totally secure arrangements to handle wages, salaries, bonuses, pre and post tax deductions etc at a fraction of the cost of employing a payroll clerk.
